Aechoor service co-operative bank started working on 31-07-1954 which was registered on 13-06-1954 under Kannur Taluk. We have 5 branches so far. All branches except Padannottmotta has safe deposit locker facility.
Bank has achieved all things that are required for lifting as a super grade bank. Actions will be taken for lifting our bank as super grade bank soon. Bank members are given Kisan credit loan on 7% interest rate as agricultural loan.
Bank's Aechoor & Kanacheri branches has fertilizer depos & Aechoor has a co-operative supermarket. Apart from this, during festival seasons, under different branches co-operative departments allows co-operative markets too.
Now members & clients can do the transaction at any branch of the bank by RTGS/NEFT facility. Also, joining with SBI, Host to Host facility is also made available.
